Worst Dedicated Fan Base Tournament 2018: Rounds 2–6 Data And The Champ!

Seeing as over 20,000 people voted in Round 1, engagement with the poll sizeably dropped from round to round. Still, a couple thousand opinions are probably enough to create a general idea.
Anyway, here are the results for rounds 2–5.
ROUND 2
ROUND 2 MATCHUP RESULTS: LEFT SIDE
HAMILTON vs. PEWDIEPIE
Extremely online racists are always the winners. Sorry Hamilton.
HARRY POTTER vs. EDM
Two fairly insufferable groups in their own right, but ultimately Harry Potter fandom is just too ubiquitious and unrelenting to lose to EDM.
MARVEL vs. JOE ROGAN
The Marvel fanbase is too large and diluted to stand a real chance against Joe Rogan fans. Rogan takes it by around 20%.
THE OFFICE vs. THE BACHELOR[ETTE]
This was a shockingly close round I expected Bachelor[ette] to dominate. The Office is good, The Bachelor[ette] is drunk hot people falling in love after 2 days with someone they know is dating like 20 other people. I blame Netflix for this mere 6% win for Bachelor Nation.
TARANTINO vs. MINECRAFT
I’m gonna chalk this Tarantino win over Minecraft up to the fact that there are far more insufferable adults in the former group.
POD SAVE AMERICA vs. PHISH
Pod Save America is a little more zeitgeisty at the moment, and it took this round pretty handily by 23.2%.
THE KARDASHIANS vs. DOCTOR WHO
A very close race here (down to about 3%) but Kardashian fanatics are far more ubiquitous.
RICK & MORTY vs. NOLAN BROTHERS
The more dormant of the two never stood a chance against the Pickle Rick bitches. This was an 82% domination.
ROUND 2 MATCHUP RESULTS: RIGHT SIDE
BIG BANG THEORY vs. POKEMON
I firmly believe that the only reason BBT dominated Pokemon fandom so aggressively is because people dislike the show itself and not its fandom. But hey, vote with your lack of hearts!!!
TIM BURTON vs. KANYE
After his ever escalating antics, Kanye stans are far more inexusable than quirky pseudo-goths.
WWE vs. JAMES BOND
Another easy choice for most. Idris Elba controversy aside, James Bond fans are a much quieter bunch. A 36% win goes to WWE.
REAL HOUSEWIVES vs. SUPERNATURAL
Oh boy, another close call! To be honest, it’s not entirely clear to me why Supernatural beat out Real Housewives by about 4%. I am left without comment.
DRAKE vs. WOODY ALLEN
Again may I remind everyone that Drake used the God’s Plan budget to help people!!! And Woody Allen is a child molester.
CUM TOWN vs. CHRIS HARDWICK
Amid the recent abuse allegations, Hardwick fans (still in disbelief this is a thing at all) have been unbearable lately. Sorry underdog Cum Town!
ELON MUSK vs. SMOSH
Billionaire worshippers destroy the Youtube fanatics easily by about 81%.
FORTNITE vs. LOTR
LOTR just isn’t as unbearable as it used to be, and Fortnite has recency bias on its side. It dominated this match up.
ROUND 3
ROUND 3 MATCHUP RESULTS: LEFT SIDE
PEWDIEPIE vs. HARRY POTTER
Crazy that Harry Potter fandom had to meet its match in just Round 3, but Potter fans on the whole are far less racist and misogynistic. A 24.2% win for The Bro Army.
JOE ROGAN vs. THE BACHELOR[ETTE]
This Joe Rogan win isn’t too much of a surprise. Think of it this way, what would be more terrifying to witness: a Bachelorette watch party or a Joe Rogan watch party?
TARANTINO vs. POD SAVE AMERICA
It must be the implied threat of physical violence and sociopathy that lets Tarantino’s fandom beat the politically Ravenous Pod Save fans by about 6%.
THE KARDASHIANS vs. RICK & MORTY
Tragically Kardashian fandom bows out early thanks to the Szechuan monsters. A clear 46.6% win.
ROUND 3: MATCHUP RESULTS: RIGHT SIDE
BIG BANG THEORY vs. KANYE
Yeezy stans definitely held their own here, but again I believe the zeitgeist of hating on Bazingas allows it a win in this match up.
WWE vs. SUPERNATURAL
I wish I could have seen WWE make it farther, but Supernatural is the Tumblr of fandoms. It beats WWE by about 7%.
WOODY ALLEN vs. CHRIS HARDWICK
What an insane head-to-head of two popular white male abusers! As the allegations against Hardwick don’t cross into the child molestation territory, Woody Allen stans win in a landslide.
ELON MUSK vs. FORTNITE
Sure Fortnite is causing eyerolls across the world these days, but not nearly as many as Elon’s worshippers. A decisive victory for Muskrats here.
ROUND 4
ROUND 4 MATCH UP RESULTS: LEFT SIDE
PEWDIEPIE vs. JOE ROGAN
They may both contain spoonfuls of racism and toxic masculinity, but Pewdiepie’s follower base is far larger and thus more damaging.
TARANTINO vs. RICK & MORTY
There are too many abysmal events in recent Rick & Morty history to allow its fan base to lose to Tarantino. A 66% victory for R&M.
ROUND 4 MATCH UP RESULTS: RIGHT SIDE
BIG BANG THEORY vs. SUPERNATURAL
You know what, at least The Big Bang Theory is ending after this year. Apparently out of touch olds are worse than Tumblr gals. -Shrug-
WOODY ALLEN vs. ELON MUSK
False techno-God worshippers destroyed pedo-supporters by almost 42%. Immediate relevance, perhaps?
ROUND 5
ROUND 5 MATCH UP RESULTS: LEFT SIDE
PEWDIEPIE vs. RICK & MORTY
A reasonably close match between these two abysmal collectives, but it seems Rick & Morty fandom is more pervasive and insufferable. It slides into the finals with about a 19% lead over Bro Army.

BIG BANG THEORY vs. ELON MUSK
At last BBT is edged out by the ever-defender Muskrats, decisively.
ROUND 6 — CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
RICK & MORTY vs. ELON MUSK
Oh boy oh wow here we are! One week later the “people” of Twitter have decided that the “Pickle Rick” enthusiasts must square off against the warriors of the Messiah to decide who can claim the title of “WORST DEDICATED FAN BASE.” Here’s how the people voted:
