Hey Brenda, great letter and in particular, your link between concussions and mental health is spot on. Our family started a community foundation called the Brain & Mind Matters Community Fund here in Ontario, Canada. We call it the triangle: there are (1) concussions (brain injuries), there are (2) mental health issues, and there is (3) mental health caused by brain injuries. We support all three causes and have granted out over $50,000 in the past two years to local programs focusing on these three areas. We wish you all the best in your recovery.
