Sounds nice. Exploring how we feed our body is an interesting journey. I’m very familiar with keto and how our body responds. I saw a comment about “unhealthy” and didn’t agree, not fully anyway.

I’m not gonna give health advice as it’s not my place; all I will say is just make sure that you’re getting enough calories in—one meal, three, six, doesn’t matter. Check your resting metabolic rate and if nothing else, ensure that your intake is higher than that, otherwise your body will go catabolic (eats itself).

Ideally quite a bit higher to account for your level of activity, but you’ll find what works for you.
