Nice write up but not sure about it in terms of being an executable strategy.

Makes the process appear far too linear. The MVP (product) may not be the same as it was at the beginning; each layer of the hierarchy will constantly evolve.

I’d argue this pyramid is just the basic building blocks for any marketing… less so innovation more basic communication… The lines are surely blurring a lot more between what we want to get involved with to incite change in clients/ markets.
