Even if “you’re designing and building software to sell to employees or companies” that can still come from mobile thinking… Figure out how it works in the simplest form… Without perceiving ‘mobile’ as an Apple or Android device, with a XX size screen / XX processor and instead just how can it ‘work freely or easily’.

It’s not just a matter of screens Vs devices… it’s a matter of new economy businesses building consumer benefits that work in the simplest way, therefore beating old economy business that have become convoluted…

…So think about how to solve the problem you’ve committed yourself to through mobile thinking and solving the ‘job-to-be-done’ freely and easily aka mobile thinking…
