Steve, I think job killing automation is coming fast enough.

History shows that desperate, starving people will do extraordinary things for employers for very little money. But they’re not “agreeing” on what is “fair”. They’re reluctantly accepting what they must in order to survive.

The use of these terms in such a context is misleading.
