I wonder why this industry has such bad customer service for the most part? Is it because a low price is what people want the most and so they refuse to pay good money for a good experience?

Is it hard to get good workers? Maybe guys who are able to move furniture aren’t good with customers? And maybe the margins don’t allow you to hire a good customer service person to be on site with each move?

There has to be a reason why, but I have no idea what it could be.
