Mental Models I Find Repeatedly Useful

Gabriel, I’m intrigued by this list, but not quite sure what you are intending with the idea of mental models. Take the “modeling” section for example. What is the relationship between “scenario analysis” and “normal distribution” that makes them both “mental models.” In approaching a particular problem, you wouldn’t say: “now do I want to apply scenario analysis or normal distribution thinking to this problem?”

It’s a fascinating list!
