Lesson from amal Journey
The principle is not the creation of man. It is a part of Nature’s handiwork, for it is obvious that every living creature below the intelligence of man is forced to apply the principle in order to survive. Man may disregard the principle if he chooses, but he cannot do so and at the same time enjoy the fruits of enduring success. The advantages of the habit of going the extra mile are definite and understandable. Let me examine some of them and be convinced. The habit brings the individual to the favorable attention of those who can and will provide opportunities for self-advancement.
So, in this amazing journey, I have to select one important lesson which I have learned and influenced my personality. Well, it was very difficult to choose the one lesson as the whole journey was extraordinary. However, one important thing which I have learned through this journey is positivity and self-confidence.
“It may be important to great thinkers to examine the world, to explain and despise it. But I think it is only important to love the world, not to despise it, not for us to hate each other, but to be able to regard the world and ourselves and all beings with love, admiration, and respect.” ~ Hermann Hesse, Siddhartha
How we think, whether it is positively or negatively, greatly impacts our personality and is reflected in everything else we come across in life. Therefore, happiness, balance, and mindfulness are fundamental factors that will allow us to live our lives to the fullest.
I was the same person like everyone else, following the traditional flow of learning, waiting for someone to tell me this and that, but after this fellowship, I have decided to learn from wherever I can. I have decided to get people to talk and share their stories. I have decided to listen and learn. And I will carry it on with me as long as I can imagine.
That helped me to perceive the challenges with the positive attitude, and I able to find more than one solutions against those challenges. Simultaneously I am more straight forward now I just say the thing if I like it or not.
At the end, I especially want to say thank you to my circle members for their love and support throughout the journey. In this fellowship, the learning was not only from teacher to student but also from the fellows. I have learned more from my fellows than the fellowship itself.
