What is Amazon? How to start e-commerce on Amazon?

Amazon is one of the biggest e-commerce platforms where people register themselves as sellers and do e-commerce business.

Now, in this blog I’m here to explain you guys that how we can use Amazon for our e-commerce business. So, firstly I’m introducing you Amazon that when we register in Amazon as a seller then our seller profile becomes our online store in Amazon where we list our products.

Amazon is one of the most potential e-commerce platform than others. We can estimate its earning potential from the fact that its owner Jeff Bezos is one of the richest men in the world his overall net worth is in billions of dollars and he all this made through this platform. Even a trust worthy seller of Amazon also has his net worth in at least thousands or millions of dollars by doing e-commerce business through Amazon. In this way, we can clearly understand that Amazon is the biggest e-commerce platform with the highest earning potential.

After reading the above facts, now ultimately the question comes up in your mind that how we can start our e-commerce business there and how we also can become rich doing e-commerce?

I have its answer too, to start our business there first of all we have to register our seller central account in Amazon using our individual or business details. Once, we submit these details then Amazon approve our details after reviewing it and then allow us to sell there. Then further there are two business models in Amazon to start this business. First one is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and second one is fulfilled by merchant (FBM).

The difference in FBA and FBM is that in FBA seller only have to submit his inventory to Amazon warehouse then Amazon will handle packaging and shipping of all his orders. And in FBM, the seller just list his product on his store then the labeling, packaging and shipping he handles on his own. The seller who register his store on Amazon then he picks one business model from these two but he can also do business using both models simultaneously.

Firstly, when any seller starts e-commerce there after finalizing all these basic requirements then he wish that his business grow faster. Then to grow his business faster he has to optimize the listing quality of all products which he will be selling there to reach his targeted customers. If he does this too then there are more than 70% chances that his all listed inventory may sell within few days and he earns a huge profit too.

The main thing in any business is profit and every seller on Amazon wants to earn big profits of his investments. He can also get it too but it depends on his hunting criteria that how much hot selling product he hunted and launched in his store.
