Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro
To apply this pomodoro technique, I though of doing it with my PW. Approximately, 30 minutes of work is left for my PW which is the perfect time for this activity too.
So I started by watching the remaining videos of the course, fortunately I didn’t get distracted till the Section 2 mid and that’s when I was called by my mother for dinner, that’s not really procrastination but still a distraction is a distraction.
So I started my project work again after dinner and it was going pretty good until *DING* A message from a friend on fb messenger and it took 15–20 minutes to take care of that and the other 100 whatsapp messages. After that, I got back to work, started writing the blog of the other course in this PW and as it turned out, the work that should have been completed in 30 minutes was in fact only half done.
So, I liked this technique because it made me realize where I am going wrong in time management, equipping is weak, priorties need to be straightened out. Hopefully, I will try this in the future and try to learn from it as much as possible.
