Dodge. My opinion doesn’t matter. For me to point someone out and say “that person takes a hard line on immigration and isn’t a racist” is irrelevant. I’m asking you if you know anyone that takes a hard line on immigration and you do not consider a racist. And it looks like you finally admit ‘No’. That alone should be pause for concern that we might not be talking about ‘racism’ in these discussions but instead you-don’t-agree-with-me-ism. Two different things.
And instead of going off on tangents — riddle me this: I don’t know a single person who answers yes to “Do you want an open border with Mexico?” I don’t know how many actually want an open border but are afraid to admit it, but that is their problem, not mine. So anyway, do you want an open border? It’s OK to say yes. That is your opinion and I will respect it, even if I don’t agree. But, what is your answer?
