Two of the biggest productivity killers are distractions and interruptions.Distraction and interruption include anything that draws away, disturbs, or diverts attention from the current desired task.Distractions low down the working capacity of a brain up to 18% from normal brain working perspective.

I just started to complete my online course of search engine optimization by using pomodoro technique It is really simple time management technique. Pomodoro technique eliminate the habit of multitasking.It focus on the task on hand.

It usually have 4 parts
1.Get a task
2.Set a timer
3.Do the task
4.Get a Result

Get a task:
Task was to accomplished the first module of the online course of SEO from California university.I put my mobile on airplane mode and locked myself in a room.

Set a timer:
I set the initial timer of 25 minutes as per method of pomodoro technique

Do the task:
Then real game began. I started watching videos and doing quizzes and activities after every video. During the span of 25 minutes I completed 45% of the first module.It was shocking and strange. It was 3 times more the speed then i have in normal days

REPETITION , BREAK & REWARD
I repeat this activity thrice. Setting the timer of 25 minutes. Dividing my module of SEO. Taking a Facebook stalking break after every 25 minute. Self rewarding myself by Snickers.It was really “GAME CHANGER”. In just 1 hour goal of first module was accomplished. It really work.I have defeated the procrastination,distraction and interruption with this simple technique
