
THE LAW OF COMMUNICATION
Effective teams have teammates who are continuously talking to one another and listening to each other. From leader to teammates, teammates to leader, and among teammates, there should be consistency, clarity and courtesy. Communication is fundamental for team work. The most important instrument of leadership is communication. Imparting or exchanging of information by speaking or thorough non verbal tools are very important in a workplace environment to work efficiently and effectively. The art of communication is language of leadership.
My score was 27 and there was no surprising element in this test as i know about my strengths and weakness. I am a good team player and i have good verbal and non verbal communication skills by doing public speaking.
There is still space to improve my communication skills. I will improve my communication skills by following useful tips:
Be Consistent
Being consistency lead to many new ground.Nothing frustrates team members more than leaders who can not make up their minds.Leader communication sets the tone for the interaction among your people.Teams are a reflection of their leaders.I must not panic at all and be relax.
Be Proactive
I have a habit to delay everything, therefor i usually communicate at the last minute.But good communication is never one-way.Active participation at relevant time always provide positive impact.
Improve my facilitator

And i think that communication skills facilitate the acquisition of education
Overcome illusion

The single biggest problem in my communication is the illusion and that it has taken place. People should be able to disagree openly but with respect. Between the team and the public, Be receptive, responsive, and realistic.
