Procrastination: Don’t worry and Try this Technique

The technique that will change your life
There is less time and a lot of work is pending. It is the situation which is faced by many of you like me. Most of time I face procrastination. I tensed very much about this situation. One day I read about a technique in the Amal Academy course. The technique is called as pomodoro technique.

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management philosophy that aims to provide the user with maximum focus and creative freshness, allowing them to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue.
The process is simple. You work for 25 minutes, then take a break for five minutes. Each 25-minute work period is called a “pomodoro”, After four “pomodoros” have passed, you then take a 15–20 minute break. Every time you finish a pomodoro, you mark your progress with a “Star or tick”.
That’s 25 minutes of steady, focused work on one task. No multitasking. No emails. No phone calls. No checking Facebook. Nothing! No distractions allowed.
I worked on this technique and feel that it’s not difficult, rather it is very interesting and productive. It is very helpful in accomplishing my project work and I completed my work with less distraction. I have planed to try it again and again for practice. I will do all my next projects with this technique.
