Going out of comfort zone in nessecary for a person’s growth. It lets you fight your fears and rise above them. As fear is just a feeling about something you don’t want to do. But once when you challenge your fears, they are no more. If you want to achieve something you have to get rid of your fears.

To get out of our comfort zone this activity was very helpful. As I went to drop my CV to Ittehad Chemical Ltd.

First of all I did some research about the company and find out the name of HR person. I used my elevator pitch to introduce myself to the HR person sir Asmat Nawaz Khattak. He was really surpised to see my passion and he told me they don’t get much in-persons drop.

From this experience i learned that going an extramile really helps. As the HR was surprised by my in-person drop. He is definitely going to remember me in the interview and he was impressed.

Some challenges I faced were getting passed through the main gate, they wont let me in so I told them I am here to meet sir Asmat Nawaz Khattak, so my research really helped me here because i knew the of the HR they let me in.

Overall it was a good experience but this time I wasn’t dressed formally next time i’ll try to dress formally before going for an in-person drop.
