Nowadays graduates have everything with them, skills, good grades and experiences but the lack of abilities to showcasing these mentioned skills effectively, to improve that abilities Amal Academy is playing a vital role by providing information and practice to overcome these issues.

To understand the mentality of recruiters we have been assigned this task to reach out at least 1 HR and find out what the mindset of a recruiters have while hiring a potential candidate for his company and what can be the necessary preparation for the successful interview, by reaching out to HR of Haier Company we got this experience.

Mr Tahir was very helpful for us to learn all the critical things from recruiters point of view.

It was very informative interaction with the HR. We learn more about the importance and significance of being equipped and real. For example we knew about the importance of dress like a pro, importance of body language and confidence. HR said that, “you are half judged by your dress and your body language” and he also said that we judged in a minutes whether you are fake or not” He emphasized to do research about the company and information regarding projects and working environment of the company.

Main takeaways that we have from this interview is to be well prepared before going to interview by doing research about the company and the position that you are applying for. Secondly, to be very well dressed and have non verbal communication. Thirdly present your interpersonal skills in an effective way and be real.
