Lessons from outdoor session with Amal Family

I learned a lot from Amal 3 month fellowship and I really learned much more from tour start to end. Because I take extra step to manage whole trip. It was really little bit difficult but I enjoyed a lot.

It was one of the best sessions that have been during the fellowship. The most enjoyable moments were after the lunch. The discussion, chatting and activities after the lunch were so much enjoyable that it was like this time would never end but we were on a short schedule. I enjoyed a lot on the way to our destination. The games we played on the way were so much awesome. It was like I was in a dream because I never have been to a tour like this.

Leadership is a big responsibility. It was a good experience being a leader. A good tour guyed needs to have all the information about the place where you are going for the trip. You can learn more if you don’t know about the place and you are a person who is being guided. I think I learned more about that place being a person who is guided.

I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork and communication during the trip. I also explored about the place that we visited because I was there for the first time, so there was much more for me to learn. I also learned about the importance of teamwork because it is very necessary when you are on a trip with a group of people and it is very difficult to stay together. But we did our best to do be together and we almost succeed in it. I also learned more about my fellows, the things that I could not know during the fellowship I learned these on the trip.

It was really a great experience being a Team leader. We should take some time off from our routine work activities and try to make ourselves comfortable. Learn new things from the things going on around us. It helps us make a balance in our life because most of us just work and don’t take some time off from our work. This taking some time off and going for a trip with our friends makes our life beautiful and enjoyable for us. It also helps is to be just ourselves and enjoy not some working professionals working for earning. Traveling is one of the most important things of our life.
