Pomodoro

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

I do ponodoro technique and share my experience is here.

I start reading notes of instrumental and analysis technique and set timer of 25 min and i completely focus on it .At the time of 13 min my attention divided but I continue my reading and complete the task in 25 min.

Than I take rest for 3 min and start the task again for 25 min.

At this time I complete my 25 min more easily and my attention more on course. In whole pomodoro session is like an extra mile for me,Unfortunately I learn more than normal reading .
