Kindness is a behavior marked by ethical characteristics, a pleasant disposition, and a concern for others. It is known as a virtue, and is recognized as a value in many cultures and religions. Aristotle, in Book II of his “Rhetoric”, defines it as being “helpfulness towards someone in need, not in return for anything, nor for the advantage of the helper himself, but for that of the person helped”. Nietzsche argued that kindness and love are the “most curative herbs and agents in human intercourse”. Kindness is considered to be one of the Knightly Virtues. Kindness is not an act it is a “lifestyle”

I really love to be kind with others, I feel great sense of relaxation when I show kindness with anyone. There are few my acts of kindness!

  1. Kindness by giving donation:

I also show kindness many time by giving donation for mosque or Islamic center and helping needy people by donating money or clothes.

2. Give your seat up on the bus:

Sometimes when i traveled in local bus within city or outside the city, i usually prefer to give my seat to old man or old women. Last time a month ago i traveled in bus i saw a old lady stand next to my seat i stood up and give her seat. She became very happy and pray for me.

3. Kindness with Children:

I always love to be kind with little children, I play with them and behave as a child so that they can enjoy a lot with me.

4. Kindness with Elders:

When I help a old man or old woman to cross the road, and sometimes stop my bike and let them to sit me then or help in any other term they give prays of countless rupees.

5. Kindness for anyone:

Usually i prefer to be kind with others by different ways. For instance by let someone go first, help someone by carry their shopping bags, pay it forward by a person having no money, and compliment a stranger.

All these acts made me feel really happy. It is very necessary to be kind for being in a team as through acts of kindness we can connect with people in better way. We can make good bonds with them and make them feel easy to share their concerns and problems with other team members so that they could tackle them with each others help.
