Eat that frog means how to kick the procrastination habit and eat a frog with a Pomodoro, which helps you to complete your work in time. Procrastination: “Procrastination is the act of delaying something that needs immediate attention.”
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system that encourages people to work with the time they have — rather than against it. Using this method, you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks.
In my school life once my teacher told me a method like this to study about 15 to 20 mins and then take a break for 5 min and then study for 20 to 30 mins and then take a break. She told me to repeat this thrice a day. At that time I hardly used this method for 2 or 3 days and then never remember that. After joining Amal now I again remember that method related to THE POMODORO TECHNIQUE my teacher told me to improve my academics result.

My goal was to complete my 50% online course of this week while applying Pomodoro Technique and I was really amazed with the result. as usually I work for some time then got lost in social media and seasons but while applying Pomodoro it help me to stick to my task and complete the goal I am trying to accomplish in next 2 hours.
Was this experiment difficult for me or not that difficult?
When I started the task in first 25 min I was working very smooth and nothing was coming in my mind which could cause distraction at that time for me, and in next turn after 5 min break only once I wanted to open Fb but I didn’t and in third turn again no distraction took place and in my fourth attempt I completed my task and I was feeling very amazed by my performance so far in the first attempt of the Pomodoro and I myself didn’t found this method difficult, instead I loved it.
Did it help you accomplish more or about the same?
It helps me to accomplish more work than I usually do in my daily routine and I think I went an extra mile with this technique in the same time.
Did I plan on doing this again regularly, and what will I do to improve the experience?
I am going to use it now in my daily life regularly to get done my important task that I had to finish in one sitting and I think this method will help me to go extra miles to achieve my goals and I will make this method as a part of daily life to improve my experience and save my extra time that I waste while suffering on social media.
