You may have applied for man jobs ….. Or you may be planning to get your dream job. But have you ever wonder what it is like to go through all the steps for getting a job? What are the hurdles you will face for the Desirable Post? How you can equip yourself with the right tools?

Well its not a spoon of honey. You have to be prepare both mentally and Physically for the interview. Getting a job is nothing like a piece of Cake. You have to put your every inc of effort into it.
But don’t worry I am here to help you. I have done a research on this area and found what today’s CEO s and Hiring team are looking for their companies.
If I am to summurize my whole research into one word then That’s :
PASSION.
Yes, each and every company in my research is looking for a passionate guys. They want those type of candidates who love to work with them. Their Candidates must have knowledge about their company, it’s CEO and Products.During interview, Most of the hiring Manager said other skills are necessary but if passion isn’t there then no need for those skills.So you can shoe your passion by doing research on the company , wearing a professional dress on interview and by punctuality.

SKILLS.
They are categorized into two; the soft skills and technical skills.There are various believes about the requirements of these skills. Some says soft skills are crucial other says hat if you are technically sound then no need to worry. But according to my research, having both of them are necessary. Balance between them is required by the company. Sometime it may be possible company needs a purely technical employee but him good soft skills can increase your chance even in that scenario. His is because employee are the representative of the campy and no company compromises its worth.

FIT
last but not the least. During a discussion with CEO I have come to know which candidates are 1000% not recommended for the job. They are of Rabelaisian nature. If some one looks like a person that make the Company's environments hostiles then his chances are negligible. Employee must be humble .
