All of our life we try to create get appraisal from the people who surrounds us. We want people to take their hats off before we. We want people to pay us respect and treat us as something divine. And this is a very natural in human beings. And probably the most important thing, we want people to do what you ask them to do. And this is the fact that nobody can ever deny. Since the beginning of human race till this day this fact that we want people to do what we asked them to do has not changed yet.

There are 2 ways to make people do what we ask them to do.

1) Power and wealth.

2) Beauty of words.

Power and wealth.

Power and wealth has a very strong relationship between them. People earn wealth to gain power and use their power to protect their wealth. We have seen many evident examples of that how people have used their power and wealth to influence other. World War 1 and World War 2 are probably the most ironic examples of brutal and barbaric use of power and wealth. Germany was most developed country of Europe in 1914 when Wilhelm Kaiser declared war. And this war ended up with 900,000 causalities. And Adolf alongside with Japan and Russia tried to rule the world by exterminating people as many as they could and finally ended up with 69million causalities.

Through power and wealth you can rule over on the bodies of the people but you will never be able to gain respect and dignity. Today after almost 80 years Kaiser and Hitler are still most detested men on this planet. Ruling with power and wealth is no longer valid in long run. You can only rule as long as you have wealth and power.

Beauty of words.

Words are powerful than any other power in the world. It is powerful than any kind of ironic violence. You can beat people to pulp but it you will never be able to win their heart but a little proposition of compassion, a little act of kindness can turn him into your most loyal servants. Throughout the course of history we have very clear evidence of how words has transformed savages into most civilized people on this planet. 14 hundred years ago A man emerges in blistering dessert of Mecca as a messenger of ALLAH, Holy prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). He faced most worst situation but never used words of depicting hate, discourage, racism. He always avoided such language which could hurt anybody. He always said the truth. His words always glowing with compassion and kindness. Due to His immense and diligent efforts there are almost 1.3 billion Muslims in the world.

Same power of words used by Abraham Lincoln who crafted USA. Same goes for Muhammad Ali Jinnah who brought scattered and demoralized nation under one flag and took it to glory. Same goes for Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela. What all these men had with themselves? They did not had any wealth like Alexander the great. They did not had any brutal army like Tamerlane. All they had were just words.

Importance of words has never faded or outdated in mankind history. Human sense and express love, respect, pride, appraisal and all kind of emotions through words. And the reason why words are so powerful is that it directly affect our mind and process going inside it. It means you can change thoughts of people through your words of strong arguments.

Human has a very strong desire for appraisal and attention. If you feel that someone is not taking interest in you then you will be feeling a bit low and you might not pay attention to him next time when he will sit beside you. You can take the benefit the benefit of this human instinct. If you want to win trust people then make sure that you show your genuine interest in the people. Show high respect to them and pay attention to them. This is how you can make other people feel that you are interested in them and as emotions are contagious, there is maximum proximity that they will reflect same emotions back towards you. As in above mentioned examples, all the men showed their concerns, grievance and pain for other people. Nobody never talked how great he was. They always discussed problems of other people and showed how interested they were in people and that is how they became interesting.
