Challenge: Facing your Fear of Failure

Challenge: Facing your Fear of Failure
I choose to promote Amal academy as my project and decided to distribute flyers of Amal academy in my campus which I was already taken from Mam Zuhaa.
It was very challenging to distribute advertising material to students. Although it was for the betterment of the student but even then the students were not interested to read out complete flyer. So I decide to give a little elevator pitch about the Academy so students get to know about Amal. Big problem was that student are not aware from even the name of Amal that what is for Amal and what the purpose of the Amal.
I prepare an introductory elevator pitch and go to class to class of our campus. When I describe the importance of the Amal academy to all students then it seems that students becoming interested in Amal and want to know more about Amal.
In first attempt I met with almost 35 students of MBA 2nd last semester and distribute flyers and tell them the short description of the Amal. Out of 35 students there were about only 5 students were looking interested.
Then I decide to go another class with the target of 50 students and when I describe the importance of fellowship out of 45 students 33 students looking interested and almost 10 students applied same day for Amal fellowship.
You only succeeded in convincing the people when you tell the importance of that thing in the eyes of listener or in the eyes of the people. You should be humble and have passion to face failure and to bear different type of assessments that innocent people made which are very difficult to bear but to get success you have to do it.
