Six ways to always stay on top

We are surrounded by frustrated people in our life. Job frustration, financial stress, relationship problems, and the list goes on. I am pretty famous in my circle for saying “it’s okay” to pretty much everything. You have failed a test? It’s okay you will be fine the next time. You have lost your job? It’s okay, give it some time, a better position is waiting at the door. You had a break-up? It’s okay, move on. But why? Is it really okay? Well, everything becomes okay eventually. We may be going through an intense pain at the moment, it may be heart-breaking, we may have lost a significant person in the family. Of course, just because it will be okay does not mean we will get those things/person back. It’s okay because we will learn to deal with those pain and we will be okay.

Life really boils down to a number. If an average person is alive for 75 years, that is a total of 27,375 days (too lazy to calculate the leap years). Putting things into perspective, we got late to work because our car broke down, is fine. We still have many thousands of days to live (probably). Of course, if you are someone with a terminal disease, it’s not okay. But I am sure you have learned to appreciate the beauty of life and I have nothing to tell you. I would be very keen to listen to your story instead.
