A good read!!!

Here are my 2 cents, the biggest reason why startups compromise on their projects in early phase, is because they don’t have a single senior tech guy to lead the project. In initial phase you don’t need am army to build a pilot or POC which is also easily scalable, they just need one senior tech guy who knows what changes/new features/improvements lie ahead for the product and what will be user’s expectations. They can build architecture around that.

But what I have seen in many young startups, that there’s dangerously missing tech leadership. I have seen CTOs who just passed out from college a month ago, why, because there are many entrepreneurs who made billion dollars tech products from their dorm room.

I know it’s not easy to hire guys who have part of startups in past, but if possible, then it can be great.
