SUPPORT! My insurance has been ended, need a new autoinsurance company thats inexpensive?

Alright i have a BIG challenge, my motheris autoinsurance continues to be terminated 3 times within the last 3–4 years cuz recently payments, she’s can’t usually produce the cost ontime and just one mom. Currently we are having a HARD time finding an insurance carrier that’ll either A) Present us insurance or W) Cheap monthly and/or regular payments. We can’t afford to cover $2500 for the whole year. Does anybody have on which to do, any ideas? Or where you should get a cheap/understanding insurance carrier in Europe, particularly. Thanks!
