Comparison is the new global epidemic.😷

We humans always like to compare ourselves with other people whom we perceive to be more beautiful or smarter than we are.

Old people compare themselves with other old people .

Young adults compare themselves with their peers.

Child free couples compare their lives with parents.

Nobody is ever content !

But we need to make peace with some people being more beautiful and more successful than we are and that we can’t change . Although those instagram highlight reels are never as real as they seem because in the digital world you can live the life you wanna live meaning you can edit your life the way you wanna live , look the way you wanna look . in-fact in the visual world you can alter you reality to perfection .

Perfection dosent exist in reality that’s why that chapter 20 you see and lose your cool may be so filtered . it’s never as good as it looks.

Nobody I repeat nobody is happy 24/7 not even the wealthiest man and woman on earth.

And most times people take 1000 pictures and post the very best 1 out of them all.

So you see the very best one and think that’s how their life is NO.

Those you envy their success don’t see themselves the way you see them they all have their fears and shortcomings . They all have problems, and sometimes they cry .

You overhype them in your mind thinking they have all got their life figured out . well sorry to break the bad news to you but that’s far from the truth.
