Day 4
#GRUMPY PANTS.
I’m writing my round ups earlier each day. It’s only 19.10 and i would love to go to bed already. #theguzzler has been constant.
Up early, I fixed a good brekkie of wholemeal toast, 2 slices, one with crushed strawberries and one with crunchy peanut butter and a cup of reg tea.
My morning and afternoon snacks were two rice cakes with humous. Haven’t had too many herbal tea today.
Lunch was a cheese and tomatoe sandwich on wholemeal with a nut tracker bar after. I was peeved I didn’t have eggs (they fell out of my fridge and smashed everywhere) so no Spanish omelette. I forgot to mention I had a handful of left over dinner from last night too. After moving some furniture, some exercise IMHO
I got to the park for a few loops with Daisey, the #beagle. Did some stretches and enjoyed the sun on my face.
I’m wrecked now and trying to work out what to have for dinner. Think the hubby fancies #pizza for his dinner and I’ve been thinking how I can have a couple of slices and maybe oven bake some #peppers and #corn.
I know the start is difficult for anyone making changes – I’m feeling beaten today but hopefully day 5 will be better.

Sod that, I had a veggie pizza from #pizzaexpress. don’t feel half as guilty as I thought u would. Getting a good rush. Going to have a honey tea and hit the sack. Nite.
