A guide to help navigate the dashboard for CS:M and CS:DO.

1. How to deposit and withdraw to and from the dashboard. (On mobile)

Deposits:

  • Step 1. Log in to https://citystatesm.com
  • Step 2. Select the drop down menu in the upper left corner, and click “Deposit"
  • Step 3. Select the currency you would like to deposit. Your current options are: BTC, ETH, BNB, XLM, USDT, BUSD, USDC, UNI, SOL, ADA, EOS, DOGE, XRP, DOT, LINK and LTC. (Keep an eye out for additional currency options in the future!)
  • Step 4. Select whether you are depositing from a BSC connected wallet, an ETH wallet, wax wallet, or a non-BSC connected wallet. Once you do this the deposit address will pop-up. Go ahead and copy that as you will need it in just a moment.
  • Step 5. Navigate to the wallet you would like to send your currency from. Click on your desired currency, and click send.
  • Step 6. Fill in the deposit address, which you already copied earlier and paste it in to your sending request.
  • Step 7. If your currency requires it, please also submit the memo ID listed under the deposit address.
  • Step 8. Make a claim (required if you don’t have a connected wallet) simply click “Submit a claim" then follow the instructions by putting in your currency and transaction ID.
  • Step 9. If your wallet is already connected to the CSM dashboard, it will only take a few minutes for it to appear, and you don’t need to submit a claim! Go get a snack, and it’ll be there when you get back! If your wallet is not connected the team will process your request within the day, but usually much quicker.

Withdrawls:

  • Step 1. Log in to https://citystatesm.com
  • Step 2. Select the drop down menu in the upper left corner, and click “Withdraw”
  • Step 3. Select the currency and network you would like to withdraw to.
  • Step 4. Insert your receiving wallet address.
  • Step 5. Insert the amount to withdraw.
  • Step 6. Withdraw

2. How to integrate your wax wallet to the dashboard. (On mobile)

  • Step 3. Scroll to the right and click “Wax Integration"
  • Step 4. Select “Enable Wax Integration"
  • Step 5. Select whether you want to integrate “Wax Cloud Wallet" or “Anchor Wallet"
  • Step 6. Log into the selected wallet
  • Step 7. Select “Enable Wax Wallet" again.
  • Step 8. Fill in your 2-step authentication
  • Step 9. Done!

3. Explaining the swap function, and how to use it. (On mobile)

The swap function allows users to swap currency easily on the CSM dashboard. This is especially useful for hard to get currencies like Wax and XLM.

  • Step 1. Log in to https://citystatesm.com
  • Step 2. Select the drop down menu in the upper left corner, and click “Swap"
  • Step 3. Select the currency you already have on the CSM dashboard that you would like to trade.
  • Step 4. Select the new currency you would like to obtain.
  • Step 5. See select the amount you would like to trade. You can either use the slider for 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, or you can input the exact amount yourself as well.
  • Step 6. Click swap!
  • Note: Please note that all trades are made through Pancakeswap. To use this feature, there will be a 0.5% fee unless swapping with a stable coin. The maximum per swap is $250

4. Explaining the purpose of the NFT section and how to use it. (On mobile)

Before navigating to the NFT section, please make sure you have a wax wallet integrated to your CSM account. See an above guide for help. The NFT section is the place to see all NFTs connected to your account. These NFTs will be used in CS:M and CS:DO.

  • Step 1. Log in to https://citystatesm.com
  • Step 2. Select the drop down menu in the upper left corner, and click “NFT"
  • Step 3. View all minted and unminted NFTs belonging to you. These NFTs are stored in your wax wallet, but will be usable in game as well. If you have unminted NFTs, simply click “Mint" and they will show up in your minted section, as well as your wax wallet.

5. Explaining wallet whitelisting and how to set this up. (On mobile)

Wallet whitelisting is a security measure to protect you and your currency. Wallets that have been connected to your account are allowed to withdraw funds, but wallets that are not whitelisted will not be allowed. This prevents a harmful party to hack your account and withdraw funds to their wallet addresses.

  • Step 3. Click on “Wallet Whitelist"
  • Step 4. Click on “Add new Wallet"
  • Step 5. Select the wallet, and input the wallet address.
  • Step 6. Complete two step verification.
