Problem Statement:In contrary to all the positives of the growing industry, the market dealers are facing great decline in their businesses as the market is unable to serve the customers accordingly and appropriately. The market leaders are unwilling to adapt the new innovative techniques of shopping (Websites, Smartphone Applications). This causes the customers to go through hectic, time consuming, orthodox shopping process. Solution:I have planned to design a platform (A website) that will serve the market, keep in mind to bridge the gap between the dealers and the customers. The showroom dealers have to properly register on it with understanding and agreeing on the terms and conditions aligning with the market dealers association & union in other terms litigation making them more responsible. This will prevent from the fraud and illegal agents to skip. It will help in an increase of markets reputation reduce the risks of consumers and gradually increase the business of the actually legal showroom owners.

The website will offer market upcoming trends notification to the members bike related items and services like helmets, bike parts, compare insurance fee and registration fee of different service provider.
In order to penetrate in the market we would take on board the key market leaders to spread the word and make it a trend. A proper launch event to briefly explain the benefits it will provide.
