Ever experience homelessness?
I have.

Ever have to live out of food banks or even go without food?
I have.

Ever been discriminated against because you are an immigrant and have an accent?
I have.

Ever have to comfort friends who were left with a pregnancy after a single sexual encounter?
I have.

Ever find yourself overwhelmed by their grief when they have to give the resulting children up for adoption, simply because they were living well below the poverty line with no help from father or state?
I have.

None of this is theoretical. All of it happens far too often. A few silly rich white women are not a representative example of what is happening to many women in the US and the world. A woman having sex with a man is dangerous because the consequences are particularly severe right now with our current governments and social outlooks.
