We hope this message finds you well. After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to suspend support for paid services on the Muse platform, as well as future updates to the platform. Muse was founded on the belief that immersive virtual worlds could replace the traditional concept of websites. However, as time has passed, we discovered the thesis not to be fruitful enough for us to pursue.

We want to assure you that while we are suspending support for paid services and updates, we are committed to maintaining the functionality and accessibility of your existing Muse websites. You will still be able to edit and access your website, and your website will continue to be hosted on muse.place.

We are grateful for your support throughout this journey — because of your hard work and creative minds we were able to inspire at scale. We had 500k unique visitors, 37k publishes, 13k live sites, and 11k signups.

From the thousands of users emerged legendary worldbuilders — Tripp, Chilltube, Ishveer, Daniel Omuto, Matthew Chukwueke, David Kill, Loho, Rod G, Slayffin and countless others.

Incredibly creative projects leveraged Muse to build a home for their communities — Creature World, Lameloverse, Nunchuck Nabee, Project 2090, Driphead, Ghost.

It has been an amazing experience to see the websites you have built using the Muse platform. Your creativity and passion inspired us more than we can possibly convey. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to have been a part of your online presence.

As we embark on a new chapter, we (Ben and Alex) will remain committed to innovation and through Terra Labs. We would like to acknowledge the hard work along the journey from Steven and Veltson – it was a truly special team.
