Team building:-

When a group of few individuals work together towards a common problem or goal perhaps, in a coordinated & cooperative way; Thefore you can say that team building is a systematic process designed to improve the working relationships and people functioning. Such as problem solving, decision making, conflict resolving that enables the group to overcome an goal blocking barriers ahead them...!

Communication skills:-

Communication is the exchange or flow of information from one medium to another medium; it involves a sender transmitting an idea, information or feeling to a receiver. Effective communication occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended yo transmit. Many of the organization are either the result of people failing to communicate &/or which leads to confusion & can cause good plans to fail.

Communication has it’s different forms these days but two are its main categories given below:-
1) Verbal communication
2) Non-verbal communication
Verbal communication itself is divided by two more types:-
* Oral communication
* Written communication
Non-verbal communication is divided into three more types:-
• Appperence of a speaker
• Body language
• sounds
