We all have treats and stimulants we use to fire us up when we’re bored or tired (caffeine, adrenaline, chocolate) — or to fill space when we feel agitated (shopping, TV, Facebook).
The Art of Having No Idea

This is so true. It has happened so many times with me. I was thinking of some good topic or thoughts, I accidentally moved to Facebook or switched on the TV.. and swoosh here we go!!!!!…that thought is completely gone out of my mind… now I with some predetermination I keep all my gadgets away … Its just a bottle of water, me and my thoughts… I can think clearly, and the thoughts just flow without interruptions…
