Read This Before You Judge My Goth Kid
Michelle Kerr

I’m so sorry about what you and your son have been through and glad the pair of you found a way to cope. I remember all too well being an unhappy teen and then finding a way to survive and it felt like I had a pair of wings to catch myself if I ever fell. It didn’t involve eye liner or looking scary or start because of bullying, but I know that feeling.

It gets better. The confidence and comfort your magic cloak gives you the power to live and find direction. It will heal and protect you until one day it will be gone, but it won’t matter because you are strong enough now. I wish you both the best.
