Yes, it is astonishing what the media tries to draw our attention towards. People are being killed for differences that shouldn’t matter, governments everywhere are corrupt, corporations are slowly murdering our chances of survival for a few bucks…but this lady we know nothing about in a fur coat is gazing at a protest outside the first daughter’s house!

I can’t decide whether to be mad at the media for throwing this garbage out there, or mad at the many who so happily consume it, thus encouraging them.

Apropos of nothing, I’ve followed your work for a long time and I think it’s amazingly elegant, powerful, and true. It’s a shame that a writer such as yourself doesn’t have more recognition (says a lot about society).
