Dear society,

I would like to revoke men’s rights to perceive me as anything more than a brain in a jar. During my brief stay with my younger brother and a cousin, I’ve realised that being in this female body of mine is actually not the worst. I can exist in a society, being a mentor for a younger computer scientist or an older sibling. It also gives me so much joy to write a paper along with male collaborators.

But, dear society, do not ever again put me in the situation where my flesh and bones are anything more to men than a transparent jar.

Thank you for your consideration,

J
