now it’s getting personal? that was quick

it’s only natural… some will desist only to take it up later on
some will not desist and the need to alleviate the dysphoria will persist until, like me and many others, relief is found by transitioning

I wish I could make you and others understand that transitioning is like coming up for air after being held under water
once we accept ourselves and what we are, we can move on and live normal lives (as I have, most definitely)
the only things that really get in our way are the bullies… the ones that deny what we are… the ones that call us stupid, inappropriate names and shunning us, all of which only helps to maintain the status quo of the patriarchy

We are proof, absolute, that it is NOT better to be a man than a woman
We are the push the feminist movement needs to make men aware of this fact

I’m marching arm in arm with the lesbians today (they call it the Dykes and Trans March) in an effort to bring awareness of our solidarity… they really do love us, and we them

together we’ll make a difference… for our children and those we protect
and no, in doing this, my eyes are wide open and thus, I believe I’m anything but dense, but most forward-looking… to the future

peace to you
