Good article. Searching for information is not a good use case for bots. As you pointed out, Google has that covered. Where bots can be handy is to execute tasks that involve more than one sub-task. A friendlier way to do IFTTT like tasks, if you may. For example, you can ask a bot to remind your wife next Thursday to pick up dry cleaning. Or you can ask your bot to order an Uber 3 hours before your flight tomorrow. That’s what we are tackling at NoApp :)
