I offer support over the phone so I talk to a wide variety of people from all over the world. A common individual I have encountered has been the one that if one thing is wrong, their whole day is ruined. Talking to this person almost sucks the optimism you had when you started off your day. It’s like sitting by someone who has the worst cold ever. You just hope you don’t get what they have.
