Why Keeping a Daily Journal Could Change Your Life
Benjamin P. Hardy

Thanks Ben! I used to write a lot before but only during times of sadness and misery because that was the only time words flew. Recently, I decided to write every single day, though there were days I only write 2–3 sentences. But I’ve started to feel better, less scared, and more at peace.

Thank you for embracing journaling and sharing your experiences to encourage more people to do so. I believe this is really a great therapy that can turn into an enjoyable habit.
