Hi Reader 🙂,

Little Background About Me:-

I am a MuleSoft Certified Developer & Architect working in Billennium. You can read more about me here

I started my Salesforce Admin Certification Journey in May 2022 and was able to complete the certification in a month in my first attempt. During this journey, i asked many questions on linkedIn, followed many online articles, joined Slack & Telegram, Facebook Groups, attended Meetups.

I`ll mention links to all the above social groups below:-

  1. Mike Wheeler Salesforce Facebook group
  2. Follow these awesome people on LinkedIn (Mike Wheeler, Om Prakash, Shibu Abhraham, Gaurav Kheterpal, Drakkar Jones, Aniket Kohale, Joey Chan, LaJazmine McClendon, Amit Singh)
  3. Telegram:-

Don`t forget to read to the end, where i have explained how i was able to complete the certification at 0$.

Now Let`s get to the real deal….

  1. You can Start any one of the following courses (I followed Francis Pindar Udemy Course and Some Admin Trailmix for Hands-On)

Best Courses You can Follow on Udemy

Pros:- An awesome course by Francis Pindar explaining in-depth knowledge of Services with many Practical Hands on

Cons:- More on Classic Interface Side

Pros:- Taught by one of the best, if not the best Salesforce Instructor Mike Wheeler

Cons:- Lookout🙂

2. After Completing the Udemy Course or Admin Trailhead, revise through your notes, then Go for any of the following Practice Tests on Udemy.

(I followed Priscilla & Mike Wheeler Practice Tests)

Pros:- Best Practice Test for Admin in my experience, test you throughout all the topics

Cons:- No Explanation(where applicable) as why other options are incorrect

Pros:- Detailed Explanation and Links to Official Docs

Cons:- No Explanation(where applicable) as why other options are incorrect

Pros:- 5 Practice Tests and 1 free Practice Tests with Detailed Explanation

Cons:- I have not bought these

3. After getting scores consistently above 80–85%, you can go for Certification.(Don`t worry, if you don`t get 65% in initial practice test attempts)

You can get a 40$ off coupon by attending a Salesforce Webinar through Salesforce Certification Days

How I was able to complete the certification at 0$

There are so many meetups that took place around the world everyday (Some Virtual, some In-Person).

You can participate in these meetups (Virtually, if not in-person), and there is quiz at end of these meetups, where you have the chance to win a 200$/400$ Certification Voucher (I was able to win in one of them🙂).
