You would only need to worry if you want to call family (or friends) on earth.

Yea, I meant an Earthling trying to schedule a Meeting (say a skype call?) with a Martian. We probably still have not figured out how to sync a 24-hour day system with a 24-hour 40-minutes day system like Mars has.
