An integrated and simplified user experience for non-technical users will be one of the key elements for blockchain’s big bang moment! For web browsers, it was the introduction of SSL encryption and credit card processing APIs. The other element is access to reputable, user-friendly multi-currency exchanges that can bank users’ tokens and minimize their risk of loss. As a non-engineer, I can tell you that the need for this service is vastly underrated by the technologists that are leading the movement. Yesterday’s announcement of Gemini becoming the first licensed Bitcoin/Ether exchange is a momentous first step!
