My fave is they're on a spectrum--yeah, a spectrum of evil. The problem is the word narcissism We all have it and we need healthy narcissism. So people interchange the word with npd, but there's no "spectrum" for the disorder, in my opinion. There are sub-types--different flavors--but they all follow the same playbook and none of them can be redeemed. Just sayin'. Thanks for sharing, Bob.
