None of the above!

The first and second options are extremes.

Imagine a swing for two, where first one is at the bottom, the other is at the top, and then vice versa, and so they roll until they get tired.

So, if you imagine our life in the form of an image, then it will be such a swing in constant motion, where the seats indicate low and high self-esteem.

If there are failures in life, you made some mistake or someone criticized you, your grade drops and you find yourself at the bottom.

Accordingly, when you are praised, you succeed in something, or you simply decide that you are tired of being at the bottom and want to increase your self-esteem, you fly up.

If everything seems clear with low self-esteem and no one wants to be at the bottom, then what’s wrong with being at the top?

With low self-esteem, a person gets stuck on his shortcomings, mistakes, disadvantages, imperfections, etc., and does not notice the advantages and positive aspects of his personality at all.

With inflated self-esteem, on the contrary, a crown of immense size grows, you stop paying attention to your weaknesses and shortcomings, and because of this you can make ridiculous mistakes, arrogance can awaken, you have soared…

I trust two things in life. One for what I see when I look in the mirror and the other for what I can't see when I look at the sky.
