The Last Walk for Water
Scott Harrison

Dear Scott, thank you for sharing this story. It made me think of the brutal rape and murder of two teen aged girls in India at a place called Badaun. The village had no access to clean water or any sanitation facilities. The girls had gone in the dark of the night to not attract any unwanted attention while relieving themselves. And they found their worst fears come true.

People living in urban places/developed places take water for granted often wasting it mindlessly. When stories such as these, of real people, tell us that wasting water is great crime to humanity and nature

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
