Hi,

This is Nachiketa, a customer of PayTM. I am currently in Norway and hence do not have access to my previous phone number. I used to transact on PayTM using the OTP sent to my email ID and hence had no issues. Now, the OTP is sent just to my registered mobile number. Since I do not have access, can you please enable sending the OTP to my registered email address? Or kindly call me back on +47 96744412 so that you can verify my identity and update the mobile number. Kindly do the needful.
