I can totally appreciate how difficult it is to delicately balance meeting quotas while simultaneously focusing solely on a prospect’s needs. They almost seem contradictory. But you have done a fine job of implementing a sales process and a sales culture that focuses on the ultimate goal which in turn helps drive smaller objectives. Your “why” is strong and comes across in your “how” and “what”. Kudos to you for succeeding in creating a scalable, effective, and efficient team that continues to deliver without straying away from your “why”.
